Sr. Associate - Projects

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the implementation of Salesforce DevOPS processes to ensure smooth deployment and integration.
• Provide expertise in SFDC Data management ensuring data integrity and security.
• Lead the development and enhancement of SFDC Lightning components to improve user experience.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
• Configure Salesforce settings to align with business needs and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce best practices and industry trends.
• Document technical specifications and create user guides to support end-users.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
• Provide training and support to junior developers and other team members.
• Participate in project planning and provide estimates for development tasks.


 

Qualifications

• Possess strong experience in SFDC Development and Customization.
• Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce DevOPS processes and tools.
• Have a solid understanding of SFDC Data management and security practices.
• Show proficiency in developing and enhancing SFDC Lightning components.
• Exhibit experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems.
• Be skilled in configuring Salesforce settings to meet business requirements.
• Experience in the online domain is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is desirable.
