Job Description
You will:
- Serve as the key escalation resource for technical issues impacting developer workflows, pipelines, and automation frameworks.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve critical incidents impacting software delivery and developer tooling.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automation scripts and tools to optimize build, test, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, SREs, and platform engineers to promote best practices and reliability.
- Document escalation procedures, automation workflows, and troubleshooting guides for knowledge sharing.

Essential Requirements

5-7 years of experience in escalation support, DevOps, or automation engineering focused on developer experience.

Proficient scripting and programming skills in Python, Bash, Groovy, or similar.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Github actions, Artifactory), source control systems (Git).

Knowledge of Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration, including pod and cluster management.

Skilled in root cause analysis, technical escalation management, and effective communication. Provide Escalation/Technical Support from Sunday-Thursday.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience using AI-driven automation tools to optimize CI/CD pipelines and improve incident response.
- Familiarity with AI-based monitoring, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.
