Sr ML Engineer

What you'll do:

1. Lead the design, development, optimization, and productization of machine learning solutions and systems that are used to solve strategically important or vaguely defined problems.
2. Build ML solutions to improve RCA for marketplace metrics while delivering magical user experience
3. Lead ML engineers, provide technical leadership and vision for the team.

What you'll need:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience
2. 7+ years of experience in software engineering with an emphasis on data-driven technologies
3. Experience in designing and crafting scalable, reliable, maintainable and reusable data & ML solutions.
4. 3+ years of experience working in cross-functional and/or cross-business projects, partnering with Product, Scientists, and cross-org leads to shape the team's strategies
