Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer

• Understand business and functional requirements and prepare or update test cases accordingly.
• Create test data and execute test cases to validate functionality and system behavior.
• Report testing outcomes, quality metrics, and track defects through resolution.
• Monitor and communicate key quality assurance project metrics.
• Coordinate and collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide regular project status updates to the QA Lead.
• Manage assigned testing activities independently while maintaining attention to detail and project timelines.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve project-related challenges and testing issues.
• Support effective cross-team coordination to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain automated test scripts.
• Participate in peer reviews of documents and automation scripts to ensure quality standards.
• Promote best practices for maintaining high-quality software products.

What you will need to succeed:

• 6+ years of Strong experience in test scenario creation, test case design, and preparation.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and test automation in Java/Python.
• Ability to design and implement scalable frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Hands-on experience in testing API/web applications.
• Hands-on experience with load and performance testing.
• Knowledge or experience with SQL.
• Good understanding of defect tracking processes and software testing lifecycle concepts.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and quality assurance principles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
• Ability to independently manage testing activities for assigned modules.
• Experience working with large-scale, complex, business-critical enterprise applications or products.
