Sr Team Lead-Cloud & Infra Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain Zabbix monitoring solutions for diverse IT components, including networks, servers, VMs, and cloud services.
• Configure and manage Zabbix agents for both agent-based and agentless monitoring.
• Develop and customize Zabbix dashboards, widgets, graphs, and reports to provide clear and actionable insights.
• Implement network discovery, low-level discovery, and active agent auto-registration to automate device monitoring and management.
• Integrate Zabbix with existing IT frameworks, ITIL guidelines, and third-party solutions.
• Generate and analyze reports to provide daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly overviews of infrastructure performance.
• Collaborate with various departments, including IT, network, and security teams, to ensure comprehensive monitoring coverage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zabbix monitoring and performance.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and provide training to team members on Zabbix best practices.
