Area(s) of responsibility

• Work in conjunction with enterprise architect on design, strategy, and standards; documents and publishes appropriate infrastructure architecture principles and standards, position papers, blueprints, best practices, patterns, and frameworks
• Set strategic direction for various infrastructure technologies such as public cloud, directory services, collaboration services, network, storage, server, database and security best practices
• Promotion of shared infrastructure and applications to reduce costs and improve information flows. Ensure that projects do not duplicate functionality or diverge from each other and business and IT strategies.
  • Serve as level-4 escalation point for operations team and assist with problem resolution and root cause analysis as needed
