Job Description
- Own endtoend QA responsibilities for game features across mobile platforms
- Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and regression suites
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, reviews, retrospectives), providing timely updates and feedback • Identify, log, track, and prioritize defects, ensuring a wellmaintained and actionable bug database
- Support QA team members within the assigned pod, ensuring alignment with processes, priorities, and deliverables
- Adhere to established QA processes and best practices, while contributing to continuous process improvement Communicate effectively with overseas clients and stakeholders regarding QA status, risks, and delivery commitments
- Mentor and guide junior QA testers, supporting skill development and maintaining quality standards
- Serve as a backup for QA Leads, handling team coordination, task ownership, and decision making when required
