Build and maintain scalable Python applications and services.
Develop production-ready Agentic AI workflows and multi‑model RAG pipelines (e.g., LangGraph), including MCP-based low-latency tool integrations.
Lead technical design, code reviews, and best-practice implementation.
Collaborate with teams to define requirements and ensure solution alignment with business needs.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and test applications for reliability and performance.

On Your First Day, We’ll Expect You to Have:

3–7 years of Python development with solid OOP skills.
Experience with Django/Flask/FastAPI and building RESTful APIs.
Strong grasp of system architecture and software design patterns.
Hands-on experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL); NoSQL exposure is a plus.
Familiarity with AWS/Azure, Docker, and Python data libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
