Ensure high quality of Global measurement services for in line with GLAC’s strategy and goals

Analyze customer’s consumption of SAP licenses

Have a positive impact on shaping day-to-day business, motivating and engaging the involved teams and fostering their development

Ensure adherence of process quality and customer focus as part of the GLAC strategies

Demonstrate agility to quickly respond and adapt to changing internal and external conditions

Collaborate with your peers and the global GLAC GMS & GLAC leadership team to ensure success
What you bring
-
Master’s degree in a relevant field such as business, computer science, physics, or engineering.

4+ years of experience in SAP IT Services, License Audit Services, Customer Tool Innovation with proficiency in all components
-
Good understanding of all SAP license models and translation into business concepts for technical implementation
-
Experience in running or contributing to strategic projects including service execution is a must.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with C-level executives.

Ability to effectively work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, as well as customers and user groups.

Strong customer focus and attention to detail.
-
Highly motivated and self-driven, with a proactive problem-solving approach.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Fluent English language skills is a must
