Project Role Description : Lead teams that work on complex systems engineering solutions for customers. Design & develop engineering systems associated with physical products including feature functionality, engineering architecture, system integrations, simulations, and test methods. Oversee feature plan implementation and design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA).

Summary: As a Systems Engineering Lead, you will lead teams working on complex systems engineering solutions for customers. You will design & develop engineering systems associated with physical products, oversee feature plan implementation, and design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA). Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of engineering systems. - Conduct feature plan implementation. - Perform design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA). Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation in Application Maintenance. - Strong understanding of system engineering principles. - Experience in designing and developing complex engineering systems. - Knowledge of system integrations and simulations. - Expertise in test methods for engineering systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Automation in Application Maintenance. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
