TECHNICAL LEAD - Azure

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Azure cloud solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Provide expert guidance on Azure services, including but not limited to Azure Compute, Storage, Networking, and Security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define cloud strategies and roadmaps that align with organizational goals.
• Conduct assessments of existing cloud environments and recommend improvements or migrations to Azure.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to Azure architecture, processes, and best practices.
• Mentor and train team members on Azure technologies and cloud best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest Azure features, services, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to Azure services.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven expertise in Microsoft Azure, with a strong focus on cloud architecture and services.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Security Center.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, including VNETs, VPNs, and ExpressRoute.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
• Ability to design and implement disaster recovery and backup solutions in Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes in Azure.
• Familiarity with Azure governance and compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as PowerShell, Python, or C# for automation tasks.
• Experience in working with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in cloud computing, with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successful Azure project implementations and migrations.
