TECHNICAL LEAD - Java

8to 10 years and above of experience in Java/J2EE application development Lead architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering leaders Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and tools Strong expertise in Core Java 17 and above, JVM internals, concurrency, and performance tuning. Extensive experience with Spring ecosystem ,Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security. Proven experience designing Microservices and Distributed Systems. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, API gateways, and service mesh.Hands on experience with ORM frameworks Hibernate, JPA Deep understanding of SQL & NoSQL databases PostgreSQL , Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc. Experience with Messaging systems Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ Strong grasp of Design Patterns, SOLID principles, and Domain Driven Design, DDD
