TEST LEAD - Automation testing

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
• Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality of code.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor junior team members in automation testing best practices.
• Report and track defects using appropriate tools and ensure timely resolution.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation testing and Playwright.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in automation testing with Playwright.
• Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and frameworks.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, playwright).
• Familiarity with performance testing and security testing.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Experience in working with cloud-based testing environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
