Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Strategy & Governance
- Define and implement a comprehensive QA/QE strategy aligned to platform goals
- Establish quality gates across SDLC phases (Requirements ? UAT ? Production)
- Drive shift-left and shift-right testing practices

Own test governance, reporting cadence, and stakeholder communication
2. Test Planning & Execution
- Develop integrated test strategies across:
- Web (all LOBs)
- Mobile apps (Android & IoS)
- APIs & integrations (FHIR, CRM, LIMS, PMS)
- Ensure end-to-end testing coverage across patient journeys

Oversee functional, regression, integration, and UAT support
3. Automation & Tools
- Drive test automation strategy (UI, API, regression)
- Identify and implement automation frameworks and tools
- Improve test coverage and reduce manual regression effort

Enable CI/CD-integrated testing
4. Quality Metrics & Reporting
- Define and track key quality metrics:
- Defect Leakage / Escape Rate
- Defect Density & Severity Index
- Change-related incidents
- Test coverage & automation %
- MTTR / MTTF
- Build dashboard-driven reporting (Power BI / equivalent)

Present quality insights in leadership forums (QBRs, reviews)
5. Production Quality & Stability
- Partner with engineering teams to:
- Reduce P1/P2 incidents
- Improve platform stability (Apache, CMS, DB layers)
- Drive RCA rigor and preventive actions

Enable predictive quality practices (proactive monitoring insights)
6. Integration & Interoperability Testing
- Ensure validation of:
- FHIR-based integrations (EHR, Patient Portal)
- CRM (LeadSquared), LIMS, PMS integrations
- Validate data integrity, interoperability standards, and API contracts

Support ABDM-aligned compliance validation where applicable
7. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with:
- Product, Engineering, UX, DevOps, Architecture teams
- Business stakeholders for UAT alignment
- Act as the single point of ownership for quality across tracks

Provide clear, non-defensive communication on quality risks and status
8. Team Leadership
- Build and manage a high-performing QA team
- Drive capability building (automation, healthcare domain, tools)

Establish ownership culture and accountability within QA
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- ~15+ years in QA / Testing / Quality Engineering
- Strong experience in Test Management for large digital platforms
- Proven track record in end-to-end quality ownership
- Hands-on experience in:
- API testing (Postman, RestAssured, etc.)
- Automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
- Test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail)
- Experience in Agile / DevOps environments
- Strong understanding of quality metrics and reporting frameworks
- Good-to-Have (Highly Preferred)
- Experience in Healthcare / HealthTech platforms
- Exposure to:
- FHIR standards & interoperability
- ABDM ecosystem
- Knowledge of performance testing (JMeter, Gatling)
- Familiarity with AI-driven testing / test optimization tools

Experience with mobile app testing (Android)
