How You’ll Make an Impact  

• Functionally lead your team in our cutting-edge tech projects with the right methodologies, optimal data structures, data processing pipelines and data management strategies 
• Shape the technical SE data & information architecture roadmap and support the framing of SE governance initiatives with solid data & information architecture 
• Provide technical expertise for continued maintenance and enhancement of the Enterprise Information and Data Architecture capabilities 
• Develop conceptual views of related data sub-architectures (e.g. database, data integration, data warehouse/business intelligence, reporting, metadata, and content management architectures) 
• Optimizing overall data/information flow by reducing redundancy and enabling accessibility within security boundaries 
• Drive state-of-the-art architecture artefacts and data architecture patterns 
• Identify data-related business requirements and service standards (e.g. transaction processing speed, data mining and reporting capabilities, etc.) 
• Develops and drives the improvement of data models and data flows across operations 
• You continue to strategically advance data platforms as a topic internally 
• You develop and monitor KPIs / metrics to optimize data quality 
• Document and present methodologies, procedures, and project results to stakeholders across different functions 
• You are aware of and understand emerging technologies and latest trends in the field of data quality 
• You provide guidance to your team and mentor team members to realize their full potential 

What You Bring 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 
• Experience with Data Mesh, ML / AI development and Operations. 
• Understanding of enterprise architecture concepts, methodologies & frameworks 
• Deep technology expertise in the design and development of large scale data platforms and data applications
• Understanding with ML Life Cycle: Data Preprocessing, Training Pipeline, Inference Pipeline, Model monitoring, Post Processing as well as understanding of the MLOps. 
• Experience in operating CI CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery) pipeline following the DevOps process. 
• Experience in working with JIRA and Confluence and Agile delivery model 
• Deep understanding of data acquisition and processing, distributed processing 
• Familiar with architecture principles and frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) 
• Experience in data architecture for cloud providers (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) 
• Expertise in providing information and data architectural support services across solution architecture, segment architecture, and enterprise architecture 
• Good to have: Experience in an industry-related environment (e.g. energy sector). 
• You have a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills along. You navigate easily in a global and multicultural environment. 
• You demonstrate leadership and coaching skills to collaborate across multicultural, global teams and develop engineering talent 
• You are open-minded and willing to learn and constantly improve own skills 
• You are passionate about data and analytics, and driving data value across all parts of an organization and ecosystems 
• You have excellent writing and communication skills in English, knowledge of German or any other language is a plus.
