TechOps Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage ITIL processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilize monitoring systems such as Dynatrace, Sentry, Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitor, and GCP Operation Suite to ensure system performance and reliability.
• Manage and optimize cloud environments, specifically in Azure and GCP.
• Administer and maintain Couchbase Database, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
• Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies to safeguard production systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate CI/CD workflows using tools like GitHub Actions.
• Utilize infrastructure automation tools to streamline operations.
• Manage secrets and secure access using HashiCorp Vault.
• Participate in the software development lifecycle to ensure operational readiness.
• Work with containerization and orchestration tools, particularly Kubernetes.

Mandatory Skills:

• Comprehensive understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Experience with monitoring systems (Dynatrace, Sentry, Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitor, GCP Operation Suite).
• Proficiency in cloud technologies (Azure, GCP).
• Experience with Couchbase Database, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery concepts and tools.
• Familiarity with Devsecops practices and CI/CD Pipelines.
• Experience with HashiCorp Vault.
• Understanding of the Secure SDLC.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Kubernetes basics).
