Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily and weekly reporting activities and provide updates to the Manager.
- Generate detailed technical reports on candidates and conduct in-depth report
- analysis.
- Review reports, discuss findings with the panel, and provide constructive feedback
- for improvements.
- Handle escalation cases, identify root causes, and propose optimal resolutions.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet all assigned deadlines.
Requirements:
- Having prior internship experience in prior customer facing roles
- Extensive knowledge of different programming languages
- Excellent communication & writing skills
- Can devote 9 hours per day
- Strong analytical, incident management and debugging skills.
Other Qualifications:
- Ability to dedicate 9 hours per day for work.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating
- with cross-functional teams.
