Technical Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily and weekly reporting activities and provide updates to the Manager.
• Generate detailed technical reports on candidates and conduct in-depth report
• analysis.
• Review reports, discuss findings with the panel, and provide constructive feedback
• for improvements.
• Handle escalation cases, identify root causes, and propose optimal resolutions.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet all assigned deadlines.

Requirements:

• Having prior internship experience in prior customer facing roles
• Extensive knowledge of different programming languages
• Excellent communication & writing skills
• Can devote 9 hours per day
• Strong analytical, incident management and debugging skills.

Other Qualifications:

• Ability to dedicate 9 hours per day for work.
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating
• with cross-functional teams.
