Job Description
Key Responsibilities
DevOps Leadership & Enablement
- Own global technical leadership and accountability for DevOps solutions, practices, and delivery outcomes across the entire product portfolio.
- Define and drive enterprise DevOps architecture, standards, and engineering best practices, ensuring consistency, scalability, and reliability across teams.
- Act as a global DevOps authority and evangelist, enabling adoption of standardized tools, automation frameworks, and delivery processes.
- CI/CD, Build & Test Infrastructure
- Design, implement, and continuously improve end to end CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Own and enhance build and test infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Maintain and optimize build systems, test environments, and pipeline dependencies.
- Drive automation across build, deployment, configuration, and operational workflows using scripting and DevOps tooling.
- Implement and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting capabilities for build, test, and runtime systems.
Containers & Engineering Enablement
- Architect and operate containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes across enterprise and hybrid environments.
- Enable application teams working with C#/.NET and Angular by supporting efficient build, packaging, and deployment workflows.
- Manage artifacts and dependencies using tools such as NuGet, npm, and JFrog Artifactory.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure DevOps practices are embedded across the software development lifecycle.
Quality, Testing & Reliability
- Develop and maintain automated test pipelines supporting unit, integration, system, and regression testing.
- Enable seamless integration of quality gates and test automation into CI/CD workflows.
- Continuously improve testing strategies, pipeline reliability, and operational resilience.
AI Enabled DevOps & Innovation
- Contribute to AI assisted DevOps solutioning, including intelligent monitoring, predictive diagnostics, and pipeline optimization.
- Evaluate emerging tools and technologies to continuously improve developer productivity and delivery efficiency.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation within the DevOps ecosystem.
Agile Collaboration
- Work closely with Scrum teams, actively participating in Agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with global, cross functional teams in a fast paced Agile environment.
- Support the evolution of DevOps maturity across products and platforms.
Required Skills & Expertise
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands on experience with Azure DevOps and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of build and test infrastructure management, including build systems, test environments, and pipeline dependencies.
- Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD automation.
- Solid development background in C#/.NET.
- Hands on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong scripting skills using PowerShell.
- Working knowledge of Angular build and deployment pipelines.
- Experience with artifact and package management tools (NuGet, npm, JFrog Artifactory).
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills.

- Exposure to Azure Cloud services and hybrid deployment architectures.
- Experience or strong interest in AI driven DevOps solutions.
- Knowledge of the native syngo platform is a plus.

Education
- Engineering Graduate / Postgraduate, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics.
