You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and you bring a collaborative mindset to everything you do. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are driven by the desire to make a meaningful impact through data.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, including pipeline development, data modelling, ontologies, datasets, transforms, and platform operations.
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data models for structured and unstructured data.
  • Strong programming skills in Python for data engineering, workflow automation, and large-scale data processing, with experience using PySpark, Spark, or similar technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and analysis.
  • Experience integrating data from enterprise systems, databases, APIs, cloud platforms, and third-party applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Palantir AIP, including AI-enabled application development, AIP Logic, AIP Assist, ontology-driven AI actions, agentic workflows, and LLM integrations within the Foundry ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI application development concepts.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, particularly for data storage, processing, and orchestration.
  • Understanding of data governance, lineage, security, access controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

These are additional nice to haves:

  • Operational Risk Management (ORM) domain knowledge, including familiarity with risk assessment, monitoring, and reporting processes.
  • Experience with Palantir Foundry Workshop, Operational Applications, and other user-facing application development capabilities.
  • Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search, AI agents, agentic workflows, or AI orches
