Technical Specialist-Cloud & Infra Engg

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Work closely with the development team to understand the application functionality and architecture.
• Monitor application performance and ensure all aspects of the system are operating as expected.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of software and hardware upgrades.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS SQL: The candidate must have a strong understanding of MS SQL and its applications. This includes the ability to write and troubleshoot SQL code and design databases, tables, and views.
• Oracle Application Composer: The candidate must have experience with Oracle Application Composer, including the ability to create and modify applications, manage security, and troubleshoot issues.
• System Administration: The candidate must have experience in system administration, including managing, installing, upgrading, and monitoring software and hardware.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Java and .NET
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure
• Understanding of ITIL processes
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems
• Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages
• Experience with network troubleshooting
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Experience with customer service or help desk support
• Knowledge of project management principles and tools
