Job Description:

• As a Configuration Analyst, you should have good experience in business operations within the Banking or Financial Services industry with a focus on Fiserv core banking systems.
• You must closely work with vendor towards the business requirements in terms of bank product enhancement and defect fixes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, able to communicate tactfully and effectively with business users and team members.
• Ability to customize Workflows to meet changing business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Configure the changes using workflows manager, agent manager and document manager.
• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.

Requirements and Skills:

• At least 4 years of Banking or Financial Services industry experience in a business operations area.
• Experience in Fiserv Aperio, Jira and Service-Now.
  • Should be a team player and excellent communicator.
