What you’ll do:

  • Own and resolve customer-reported issues with a relentless focus on remarkable customer experience.
  • Lead critical escalations, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and drive solutions to closure.
  • Collaborate with product and escalation teams to tackle complex challenges.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and mentoring initiatives.


What you need to bring:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills—you’ll be the voice customers trust.
  • Logical troubleshooting for high-impact network problems.
  • Solid understanding of:
  • Networking Architectures & Switching Technologies (xSTP, VRRP, LACP, Dot1x, COS, Multicast)
  • IP Protocols (ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, DNS, DHCP)
  • 802.11x standards, POE, Multi chassis architectures
  • Data Center protocols (EVPN, VxLAN, BGP, OSPF)
  • Self-learner mindset with appetite for continuous development.


Good-to-Have Skills:

· Scripting (Python, Shell)

· Experience with Cloud Solutions

· Certifications like JNCIE, CCIE, or cloud/wireless technologies
