Job Description
- End-to-end testing efforts for Portal releases and enhancements.
- Define and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Validate portal functionality including:
- Patch scheduling and rescheduling workflows
- Cluster concurrent patching capabilities
- Risk approval and exception management
- Compliance dashboards and reporting
- Notification and approval workflows
- ServiceNow and infrastructure integrations
- User access and role-based permissions
- AI tool integration
- Develop and maintain automated test suites for regression and integration testing.
- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, user acceptance, and performance testing.
- Validate APIs and backend services supporting portal functionality.
- Track defects through resolution and coordinate closely with development teams.
- Participate in requirements reviews and ensure adequate test coverage for new features.
- Lead release validation and production readiness testing.
- Establish quality metrics, dashboard reporting, and release readiness criteria.
- Identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency through automation and process improvements.
- Mentor QA engineers and contribute to testing best practices.
