Test Engineer II

     Lead automation embedding within the development lifecycle.

●       Propose and maintain test automation infrastructure to support robust CI/CD efforts.

●       Act as the ‘Go-to’ person for test automation topics for both business and tech stakeholders.

●       Perform deep technical work, including writing resilient automated tests for complex applications.

●       Plan and prioritize different testing strategies according to evolving business needs.

●       Promote a quality culture through extensive training and workshops for multidisciplinary teams.

●       Manage outages as critical learning opportunities to improve system stability.

Role:

●       At least 8+ years of experience in a similar role within a high-tech environment.

●       Advanced proficiency in backend or frontend languages (Java, Python, Javascript, etc.).

●       Ability to choose the right framework based on project needs while balancing technical trade-offs.

●       Expertise in developing fully automated CI/CD pipelines and utilizing modern DevOps tools.

●       Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

●       Proven experience mentoring and training other developers on software quality topics.
