Trainee - DevOps

• Assist in building, testing, and maintaining the infrastructure and tools to allow for the speedy development and release of software
• Collaborate with software developers, system operators, and other IT staff to manage code releases
• Learn and contribute to automation processes using tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, etc
• Monitor system performance and reliability, identifying issues, and escalating them as needed
• Participate in infrastructure setup and configuration on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Help in scripting automated processes for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD)
• Support system administration tasks such as patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Document procedures and provide operational support under supervision
   

What You Bring to the Team:
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Basic understanding of Linux/Unix systems and network concepts
• Familiarity with one or more scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.)
• Some exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
• Eagerness to learn automation tools and DevOps methodologies
