Job Description
- Manage all SQA activities on a project including defect review meetings and creating estimates.
- Build a library of test scenarios on various Workday Business Process.
- Provide guidance and support on all testing activities to team members and testers.
- Review business requirements and creates detailed test plans and test scripts for both manual and automated testing and will collaborate with various teams to ensure there's clarity on defects, expected results and work to ensure that issues are being addressed in a timely manner
- Support testing efforts with bi-annual Workday Releases.
- Responsible for communicating progress, issues and risks to key project stakeholders
- Will participate in reviewing the finalized business requirements and obtain clarifications from the project team to support test plans and materials
- Write, maintain, and execute simple test scripts using Excel, SharePoint, and soon to be Test Management 2.0 in ServiceNow.
- Use ServiceNow and SharePoint to record defects and to load requirements, test plans and test scripts.
