Job Description
- Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of LogicMonitor’s SaaS platform while driving technical and operational improvements.
- Design, migrate, deploy, and operate highly available infrastructure from on-premises data centers to AWS – Good to have
- Develop automation and tooling for infrastructure provisioning, deployments, maintenance, and operational workflows.
- Drive Release Engineering and CI/CD initiatives, improving build, deployment, release automation, and developer workflows using Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jenkins, GitHub, and Octopus Deploy.
- Partner closely with development and engineering teams to improve architecture, scalability, reliability, deployment practices, and operational readiness.
- Own and deliver large-scale, technically complex, cross-functional projects from design through production.
- Establish strong operational practices through clear documentation, runbooks, automation, and standardized processes.
- FedRAMP: Drive platform readiness and security improvements to meet FedRAMP compliance requirements.
