Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables
Design and develop advanced AI/ML models and AI-driven applications for enterprise use cases
Lead development of LLM-powered solutions (chatbots, copilots, AI agents)
Architect and implement RAG-based solutions and enterprise knowledge retrieval systems
Integrate AI models with Oracle Cloud applications (Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM)
Build and deploy AI solutions using cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Azure, AWS)
Create engagement documentation such as Technical Design, solution flow, architecture diagrams
Identification and Implementation of re-usable assets/components
Identification of root causes and providing necessary technical solution and implementation
Contribution to process review and improvement
Implement best practices, following development life cycle process

Skills and attributes for success

Strong programming expertise in Python (mandatory) with hands on experience with FAST API framework
Advanced understanding of machine learning algorithms and model optimization
Hands on experience with LLMs (GPT, open-source models) and prompt engineering
Hands on experience with vector databases such as chroma DB, FAISS etc
Hands on experience with RAG, embeddings frameworks
Strong development experience with REST APIs and microservices
Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases
Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics
Must have understanding on code deployment for AI with docker implementation
Must have Oracle AI skills on at least one of the following areas related to Vector DB, Oracle AI database, OCI AI services or Oracle Out of the box AI features
Good to have Azure AI skills related to AI foundry models and AI services
Willing to learn and work on new technologies
Experience of having worked in a CMMI environment would be a plus
Should have the ability to collect requirements, build high level design documents, low level design documents, and deployments documents.
Multi domain expertise and knowledge on other integration tools is an advantage.
Knowledge on Agile scrum and waterfall methodology
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
AI Certification is an added key advantage.

What we look for

Must have minimum 3+ years of technical experience with at least 2 End-to-End implementations experience in AI space
Excellent AI technical skills with the ability to design and build solutions pertaining to complex requirements.
Experience with vector databases such as chroma DB, FAISS etc
Hands on experience with building AI solutions using RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) and agentic frameworks (LangGraph etc)
Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, etc.)
Exposure to AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices
Understanding of enterprise level frameworks with ERP driven AI use case using REST/SOAP APIs with backend applications such as ERP systems (Oracle)
Must have good experience translating business requirements and design into technical solutions
Must have experience with at least one of the following Oracle AI features such as vector DB, Oracle AI Database, OCI AI services or Oracle out of the box capabilities
Awareness of Oracle Cloud reporting and data conversion process would be a plus
Ability to research, learn, troubleshoot and support complex system customizations
Ability to multi-task and prioritize across concurrent workload may be required.
Excellent communication skills, able to discuss technical & functional issues/solutions, in highly escalated situations, with executives, support & customer personnel.
