CareerGraph Publishing Standards

Editorial Policy

Effective date:

This Editorial Policy explains how CareerGraph aims to prepare, review, update and correct job listings and career preparation content.

1. Purpose and scope

CareerGraph publishes technology job information, fresher opportunities, career guidance and interview preparation resources for general informational purposes.

This policy describes our intended editorial standards. Actual availability and timing of checks may vary depending on the source and type of content.

2. Job sources

Where possible, job information is checked against an employer’s official career page, applicant tracking system or another publicly available source.

We aim to identify the employer, job title, location, experience requirement, application destination and other important details accurately.

Editorial principle: We do not intentionally invent salary, eligibility, employer affiliation, hiring guarantees or application deadlines.

3. Original career content

CareerGraph aims to provide useful explanations, preparation guidance, summaries and practical career resources.

We do not intentionally present copied or lightly rewritten third-party material as original work. Where external information is relevant, users should be directed to the appropriate source.

4. Dates and listing updates

A job’s original employer posting date may differ from the date on which the listing is added, reviewed or updated on CareerGraph.

Job availability can change after publication. Expired, unavailable or broken listings may be marked, updated, redirected or removed when identified.

5. Accuracy and verification

We aim to review important information before publication and when a correction is reported. However, CareerGraph cannot guarantee that every listing will remain complete, current or error-free at all times.

Users should verify the final eligibility, deadline and application instructions on the employer’s official website.

6. AI assistance and human judgement

AI tools may assist with drafting, categorisation, summarisation or career suggestions where such features are enabled.

AI output may contain errors or omissions. Important job information, editorial decisions and career guidance should be reviewed before publication or use.

AI-generated suggestions are not a substitute for checking employer sources or reviewing professional decisions independently.

7. Corrections and complaints

To report an incorrect or outdated listing, send the page URL, a clear explanation and supporting evidence or an official source link where available.

Email correction requests to support@careergraph.in .

We may update the content, add a correction note, mark the listing as unavailable or remove the listing after review.

8. Commercial relationships

Advertising, sponsored placements or affiliate relationships will be identified where applicable. Advertisements are not editorial recommendations or employment guarantees.

CareerGraph does not charge job seekers simply to apply for jobs listed on the platform.

9. Employer feedback

Employers or authorised representatives may contact CareerGraph about inaccurate information, expired vacancies or intellectual property concerns. Requests should include sufficient information to verify the issue.

10. Policy changes

This Editorial Policy may be updated when our publishing process, website features or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated after a material revision.
